This scene is about Macduff and Lennox.The two men at the time are drunk and start to act in a sexual way because of the alcohol in there body.They had sexual desires and were happy at the time under the presence of the alcohol.Then they knocked on the door than the porter wakes up drunk and half asleep but Macduff wants to see the king but Macbeth killed the king.
